FAQ
After issuing the physical card from a kiosk using the QR code, use the printed QR or pass number to board Korail trains.
Go to the Apply menu, enter your KORAIL PASS number, date of birth, and inquiry password, then select the quantity and proceed to payment. The data is cross-checked with KORAIL, so the information must match what you used when purchasing the pass.
If the KORAIL PASS itself is wrong (reservation not found, passenger mismatch, password reset, ticket not updated), use the “KORAIL PASS Support” button on the Customer Support page. Only they can fix KORAIL records.
The Smartro payment window opens. Once approved, the order becomes COMPLETED, and a pickup QR code is generated. You can download it from the success page or the Purchase History section.
Go to Purchase History and enter your pass number, date of birth, and inquiry password to view the order number, payment date, and pickup QR code. If you entered an email address, the confirmation is also sent by email.
Select 'KORAIL PASS+' menu at NAMANE Card kiosks installed at Incheon Airport and major railway stations > Scan the QR code received after purchase > Print the card > Present the card's QR code/pass number to board the train.

If the card has NOT been printed, open Purchase History and request a refund to cancel immediately. If you don’t pick up the card within 60 days after payment, it will be auto-refunded. After kiosk printing/pickup, refunds are no longer possible.
Another kiosk might still be processing your session. If it already finished, the status becomes CONSUMED. If the kiosk froze, contact support with your order ID so we can release the lock.
For security reasons we cannot reset inquiry passwords. Please use the same password you set when applying. If you cannot remember it, create a new order. KORAIL system logins must be handled by the Korail support desk.
